Our style of litigation aims to effectively address, from our client’s perspective, all referred disputes and, more importanly, obtain the precise and “real” remedy/redress that our clients’
seek.
We appreciate the inalienable fact that in today’s fast-paced world, “paper judgments” or “vindication in theory” mean little. Our litigator will therefore tenaciously and passionately, without our clients’ needless prompting, pursue with the enforcement of those judgments obtained until final realization. That’s our credo. Having said that, we are also fully aware that our clients’ best interest shall be served by a thorough, expedient and effective resolution and unraveling of referred disputes.

Corporate, Commercial & Banking
Our corporate and commercial practice cover all aspect of corporate and commercial activities of business enterprise across a wide range of industries, local and cross borders.
We advise on various aspects of mergers and acquisitions which includes sale and purchase of shares, business and/or property. We also advise on joint venture of business and undertakings in many industries both locally and abroad. Our service includes review and drafting of all aspects of commercial transaction in order to set-out the parties’ obligations succinctly.
We are often asked to advise on all areas of corporate and governance issues including resolving directors and/or shareholders disputes.
Banking is one of the major practices of our firm. We advise on domestic and offshore bank term, stand-by and revolving loan facilities and multiple option, guarantee and acceptance facilities, project financing, equipment financing, structured financing, and trade finance and export credit facilities. We also advise on Islamic banking and financing matters.
We are currently very active in the area of corporate and commercial loan documentation for Business Centres of most major Banks of which we are on full panels since 1999 i.e. Malayan Banking Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad and RHB Bank Berhad. We are also on full panel in area of corporate and commercial loan documentation of United Overseas Bank Malaysia Bhd, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (Commercial/Corporate Division), Credit
Guarantee Corporation Berhad and SME Development Bank Malaysia Berhad.
